Vatika’s 40 courts have been conceived as a lifestyle based residential neighbour hood where everyday life inspires the design and layout of the habitat. A habitat that defines itself by looking closely on the fundamental – yet often forgotten-elements around us; bit of hedonism; and a desire for self indulgence. All unit types in the Vatika Signature Villas, in their basic typology, are based on a courtyard centric plan type with abundant yet controlled natural light, ventilation and views of nature.These open courtyards are carefully situated and proportioned so as to bring an enhanced sense of openness or spaciousness and also exploit views of the outdoors as one moves around the zones of the houses and vertically between different levels of the house.
