The NIIT guesthouse is one of our smallest yet pivotal addition to the knowledge campus at Neemrana. Nestled at the foothills of the Aravalis, this 12,000 sqft building continues our aspiration and commitment to simple yet elegant and highly energy conscious built environments.

Deep recess volumes & stone screening panels along the facade echo the patterns of the regional vernacular while also providing passive solar protection. The building has been programmed to allow for maximum engagement with the campus community.
