This apartment was designed as a multi-family dwelling with one unit comprising of basement and ground floor with a independent entry foyer in the stilt level. A separate access was provided for the upper levels with a separate core.\nThe building has a play of horizontal and vertical planes to scale down the height in the narrow street it sits in. One of the two story high vertical planes has been clad with black graphite stone. This was done to visually mark the residence in the neighborhood as it was situated at end of the street.
