\n\t\tDevelopment codes and guidelines are set of regulations whose consistent application will be essential for proper implementation of the master plan on the ground. Development codes and guidelines compromise an essential companion document to the master plan and are a tool for SPA to direct it\u2019s decision making over the long term horizon.
